Rebecca has been in the Real Estate, Mortgage Servicing and Default Industry’s for over 16 years. Since joining Green River Capital in 2008, she has held management positions in Valuation Services, Agent Relations and Client Relations. Rebecca helped create a vendor network and establish best practices for the valuations operation, which lead to her managing the agent/broker network for all of REO management. In her current role as Director of Client Relations, Rebecca continues to support the operation by managing communications, maintaining strong relationships, and leading the company’s initiative of providing the highest level of client service.
Prior to joining Green River Capital, Rebecca worked for 406 Partners where she managed Valuation and REO Sales functions. Rebecca started her career in 1999 at Select Portfolio Servicing (fka Fairbanks Capital), earning years of experience with lead roles in early payment default and loss mitigation.
Recently, Rebecca was named one of the MReports “Leading Ladies” in a special issue celebrating the accomplishments of women in the mortgage industry.

Jeffrey Tesch, Managing Director, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of RCN Capital LLC, including sales growth initiatives, underwriting review with compliance oversight and leadership of senior level strategic planning. Joining the Company in 2010, Tesch led efforts to develop a national brand in private lending with the best practices and transparent products for a diverse customer base. Since RCN’s inception, Jeff has personally underwritten over 2,016 loans and overseen $403M+ in originations. Jeff’s previous real estate experience was as an investor in both commercial and residential properties, ranging from single family homes to commercial retail centers. Jeff currently serves as a member of the American Association of Private Lenders’ (AAPL) Ethics Advisory Committee.

Scott Hollister is a local rehabber/ buy & hold investor. He is an educator in Connecticut and an avid investor. Scott co-founded the Central Connecticut BiggerPockets meetup. Scott acquired a passion for real estate after reading books on investing. After he invested in a few single-family homes, he started David Wesley Real Estate.
